Happy Thanksgiving.
Chris isn't the biggest fan of traditional holidays. He would rather be on the slopes and dinner out. I let Chris take over our vacation planning. I was a little nervous but Chris did a great job.
The drive up was a lot of this.
I'm a little spoil at times and not willing wanting to stay in a shit whole. I was pleasantly surprise to see what a beautiful place this was.
The kids take no time at all to make themselves at home. They were ready for the night.
The next morning we were up and ready to hit the slopes. Copper mountain only expected 4 inches of snow and got 18 inches.
Layden was loving the deep snow. It was incredible winter for early season.
Layden and I spent more of the day together skiing, while Chris and Ryleigh skiied together,
Layden and I took a break to warm up and grab a hot chocolate.
He got comfortable.
We meant up with Ryleigh and Chris and headed back to our mountain home.
Then that night we took the boy to Hungry Games.
The next morning (Thanksgiving) Ryleigh and I got the stomach flu. Thanksgiving dinner was cancelled. The following morning Chris got the stomach flu and our vacation was over. Bummer.
