Father's Day 2014

Dear Daddy,
This year I celebrate YOU for the 10 years that you have dedicated to being the best Daddy a boy could ever dream of. So, here are 10 notes of appreciation and love to honor you this Father’s Day.
1. Thank you for not just being a father, but being a Dad. You not only provide a roof over my head and food on the table, you provide a loving environment for both me and Layden to live in. You care for us and go the extra mile to make family moments special.
2. Thank you for all of the wonderful memories. Our family vacations to the beach, camping trips, and even nights where the four of us just turn the television off and talk are moments that I cherish.
3. Thank you for encouraging me to be the best version of me. It’s hard sometimes to watch others around you do wrong and still succeed. You have instilled great values in me. Thanks for showing me the right way to behave and conduct myself.
4. Thank you for being a loving husband to our mom. I have never met two people so in love with one another after 15 years. Thank you for always taking good care of her and loving to spend time just the two of you. You have shown me and Layden what true love looks like.
5. Thank you for being one of the biggest World Cup Soccer fans I know. Thank you for teaching me the game and answering every question I have. Thanks for teaching me that being a fan of something is important.
6. Thank you for being one of the hardest workers that I know. I can honestly say that I have never met anyone with a work ethic like yours. Thank you for teaching me that working hard pays off and sets you a part from everyone else. If leadership qualities are learned, I learned them from you and Mom.
7. Thank you for investing your time and money into mine and Layden's love of skiing. Although I was never as good or competitive as Layden is now, you were willing to invest in our love for the sport. You taught us to fall and get back up and committed to our sport.
8. Thank you for believing in my ability to succeed.  You push me to try my hardest and succeed because even if I don’t, you know I can.
9. Thank you for listening. Even though sometimes you have your “Dad moments” and don’t hear what I say, I can still count on you to listen whether it’s something really wrong or really silly.
10. Thank you for taking really great pictures over the years. It is nice to have such a great family photographer.
Happy Father’s Day Daddy! I love you with all of my heart. You will always be my number one guy! Thank you for everything you have done and will do in the future!
Love,
Ryleigh
