Boys, starting a new school can sometimes be scary but it can be very exciting too. You will meet new friends, just be yourself.
Be confident, go up and say hi, and they will become interested in you. Try new things. Sometimes we have to try things that others are interested in. (But nothing stupid, like smoking, or bullying, you are better than that.) Don't give in to pressure. It take more courage to say no. Say no, stand up for yourself and be proud that you did it. Mom and dad will be here for you.
Be nice to everyone. We don't know what their lives are like, and nobody desires to be treated rudely. Smile often. Help them in the small things, like lending a pen, pencil etc.
Don't be afraid to shine, shine brightly.
Join a club or get involved -- organized activities, invite them over to hang out. Our house is always open.
Go for it!! You never know what might happen. You never know when you could meet your future best friend.
Remember boys, you are worthy of everything great this life has to offer and sometimes it doesn't work out and that's okay. Just kept trying and loving you. Mom and dad are always here for you.
